• Associate Consultantminimum of 2 years experience
  We advise clients on how to integrate developed practices into their business strategies and how to communicate these practices internally and externally for bottom-line impact and deliver training to build skills and engage employees.

  • Associate Consultants work under the direction of a Senior Consultant or the Firm Principal in developing sustainable solutions for the Firm’s clients.
  • Associate Consultants have significant interaction with the client team and may be called on to manage significant work streams and/or deliverables of a client engagement under the direction of the project lead.
  • Typical activities may include drafting agendas and timelines, writing sustainability plans and reports, or leading/assisting with sales activities, and workshop facilitations
